The Private Brands Finance team drives financial planning, performance reporting, and business insights that shape how APB grows, invests, and competes. We work across a complex, multi-dimensional P&L, partnering closely with business, supply chain, and category teams to turn data into decisions.
As a Business Intelligence Engineer supporting the Private Brands Finance team, you will be a key analytical partner embedded in the finance organization. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, reporting infrastructure, and self-service analytics tools that empower 200+ stakeholders to make faster, better-informed decisions. From monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycles to deep-dive analyses on profitability drivers, your work will directly influence how APB's leadership understands and steers the business.
You'll collaborate with Finance and cross-functional business teams. Whether you're dealing with visualization, Pipeline Creation, Gen-AI agent builds or automatin projects, your contributions will be visible, meaningful, and lasting.

Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R)
- Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared)
- Knowledge of how to improve code quality and optimizes BI processes (e.g. speed, cost, reliability)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree, or Advanced technical degree
- Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design
- Experience with statistical analysis, co-relation analysis
- Knowledge of one or more industry analytics visualization tools like Excel, Tableau, AWS QuickSight, MicroStrategy or PowerBI, and statistical methods like t-test or Chi-squared

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
