  • Jobs that have been filled or removed by the employer.
  • Salary estimates, which are AI-generated approximations and may not reflect actual compensation.

5. Resume Data & AI Features

  • By uploading a resume, you grant us permission to parse, store, and process it for job matching and tailoring purposes.
  • AI-generated resume tailoring is provided as a suggestion. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before submitting it to employers.
  • Job matching scores are algorithmic recommendations, not guarantees of suitability or employment.
  • We do not share your resume with employers. Applying to jobs redirects you to the employer's own application system.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access our website without written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

The TheDataJob website, including its design, logos, scoring algorithms, and AI features, is our intellectual property. Job descriptions remain the property of their respective employers. You retain ownership of your resume and personal data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheDataJob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, inaccurate job data, or AI-generated content.

9. Disclaimers

  • We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • Quality scores and AI matching results are algorithmic estimates, not professional career advice.
  • Salary estimates are AI-generated and may differ significantly from actual offers.
  • H1B sponsorship indicators are based on historical data and do not guarantee visa sponsorship for any specific position.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business. You may delete your account at any time.
