What you’ll do in the role:
Morgan Stanley Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Director, Data & Analytics Engineering in Alpharetta, Georgia to design and develop ETLs, stored procedures, triggers, MQTs and views on the DB2-based Data Warehouse. Analyze system and functional requirements provided by the business. Perform data profiling and analysis on source system data to ensure that source system data can be integrated and represented properly in models. Monitor the performance of queries and data loads and perform tuning as necessary. Provide assistance and guidance during the QA & UAT phases to quickly confirm the validity of potential issues and to determine the root cause and best resolution of verified issues. Responsible for the timely production deployment of scheduling jobs, ETL workflows, and database objects. Assist other Informatica ETL developers with their development of complex ETLs. Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days per week.
What you’ll bring to the role:
-Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, or related field of study.
-Requires five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years as an Assistant Consultant, Developer, or related occupation in the technology field.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $159,000 and $159,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
