The Finance Manager will drive financial results and growth strategies for the AI Business Solutions portfolio by analyzing trends and pipeline data. They will partner with sales and finance teams to provide actionable insights, manage forecasts, and ensure execution of business priorities.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Data Science. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or controllership is required, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
Microsoft's US Commercial Industries finance team is looking for a Finance Manager, AI Business Solutions, to support and drive our financial results and growth ambitions for the AI (artificial intelligence) Business Solutions business across industries ($20B+ portfolio). Finance plays an integral part in developing growth strategies along with providing clarity to the sales team to drive tactical and financial/strategic execution of Microsoft’s business priorities.
In this role, you will analyze trends and existing pipeline from customers and partners to build targets, project future performance, and provide action-oriented business insights to sales and finance teams. Additionally, you will partner with the business and finance to make strategic decisions through educating, driving, and implementing financial thinking around revenue today and business models for the future. Financial Analysis IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $168,000 per year.
