8+ years of experience conducting predictive and causal analysis, a quantitative degree, and proficiency in Python, R, or another programming language for quantitative analyses, along with working knowledge of SQL.

The Role
We're looking for a Manager, Data Science to help us make better, faster, and more confident decisions for Magic: The Gathering: Arena. You'll take on complex, undefined problems, develop models to predict outcomes, and guide how we use analytics to understand player lifecycle and identify growth opportunities.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can see both the big picture and the details - translating complex business questions, leading analysis projects, and helping shape our long-term player strategy. You'll partner with Arena Business leaders, Economic Analysts, Data Engineers, and Go-To-Market teams to drive data-informed decision making.
