Hasbro is looking for a VP of HR Operations & Technology to lead the engine that powers our global People function. This role sits on the CPO's leadership team and is responsible for delivering operational excellence across our HR service model, technology ecosystem, transformation agenda, and people analytics capability. You'll oversee a globally distributed team and partner closely with business and functional leaders to ensure HR is fast, data-driven, and built to scale.
What You'll Own:
HR Transformation
• Oversee a team of HR Transformation Program Managers responsible for executing strategic People initiatives on time and on budget.
• Build and maintain a disciplined program management capability — governance, risk management, stakeholder communication.
• Partner with the CPO and HR leadership to sequence and prioritize the transformation roadmap.
HRIS & HR Technology
• Own the HR technology portfolio, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and adjacent platforms.
• Define the HR tech strategy and roadmap in partnership with IT and business stakeholders.
• Lead system implementations, upgrades, and integrations — from vendor selection through go-live.
• Champion adoption and ensure the technology estate is secure, integrated, and delivering value.
People Analytics
• Lead the Analytics team in delivering actionable workforce insights to HR and business leaders.
• Build toward predictive and prescriptive analytics capability; move Hasbro beyond reporting.
• Establish data governance standards for HR data — definitions, quality, access, and privacy.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CPO, providing data-driven perspectives on workforce trends and decisions.
HR Operations
• Lead a global team of HR Coordinators who deliver day-to-day HR services across the employee lifecycle.
• Set and uphold service delivery standards — quality, speed, and employee experience.
• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, reducing complexity and manual effort.
• Ensure compliance with local labor law and data privacy requirements across all operating regions.
What You'll Bring:
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR operations or HR technology leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead large, globally distributed teams across multiple functions.
• Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and the broader enterprise HR technology landscape; hands-on experience leading major HRIS implementations or upgrades.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise technology transformation — including system migrations, platform consolidations, or HR digital transformation programs at scale.
• Strong command of enterprise application ecosystems: integration architecture, data flows, vendor management, and the interplay between HR systems and adjacent platforms (ERP, finance, identity management).
• Strong program/project management capability; experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs on time and on budget.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of building and scaling people analytics functions.
• Executive presence and communication skills; comfortable presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations — ideally in consumer, entertainment, or technology sectors.
• Track record of building high-performing teams and developing talent.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the consumer goods, media, or entertainment industry.
• Background in enterprise application management or IT/HR technology consulting.
• Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies in the HR space.
• MBA or advanced degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
